1. Olsen and his staff actually convinced kids that long school days, lots of homework and a grueling work ethic is good for them.

2. Teachers at Piper can do the same by putting more effort into their teaching. Like some teachers just put up notes & expect you to understand. but if they actually read the notes to you and explained until you understood, every student would be in a better position.

3. The school promotes values such as discipline, honor and scholarship.

4. These values would help our school because if kids followed the rules, there would be less conflict and more concerns for their studies, rather than fights.

5. 100% of students go to college from this school.

6. We could get more kids to do the same at Piper by pushing them. If someone actually cared and pushed them to reach their goal and told them about all the rewards of going to college, the kids might try harder.

1. Olsen and the staff convinced the kids that longer school days and alot of homework and harder work is good for them.
2. Teachers at Piper could do the same by reminding the students to have a future you need college and you need good grades for that. And also for teachers to care more about their job, because it the teacher doesnt care neither will the student.
3. The values at the school promote long school days for the students and that they cannot fail any of theur classes.
4. That wouldnt help our school because to do that you need real commitment and not half the staff nor students have the willingness to do that. And about 70% of this school or more would fail.
5. The students at that school have an 80% college rate.

2. Teachers at Piper can do the same by, Doing twice math and reading work with the students and help them more, pay more attention and when they need something to help them out not just expect them to know everything on their own. Also teach us study skills because half of us dont even know how to study.

4. These values would help our school because more students would concentrate and pass tests and things they need to help with their future. Not just worry about friends, fighting, and talking. Students would be more involved with school work.

5. A hundred percent of the students graduate, and almost all go to some of the nation's top colleges.

2. I honestly believe that convincing kids that long school days, lots of homework and a grueling work ethic is good for them is impossible at Piper.

3. The values that the school promotes is discipline, honor, and scholarships.

4. it would make kids get better grades.

5. There is an 80% of students going to college.

6. Maybe at first if it was inforced then students would do it until it would just become like routine for then to do so.

6. We could get more students at Piper to go to college like the other school by influencing the students to study more and have the teachers more willing to teach and explain things more.

1. He convinced the students that all of their hard work and determination will pay off in the future.

2. Teachers at Piper can do the same thing by making their lesson plans more fun so students will be interested in learning.

3. The school promotes hardwork, determination, responsibility, and pride.

4. These values would help Piper by making the school's imagemore of a learning one instead of a more violent one.

5. 80% of students thats graduate goes to college.

6. Not as strict rules and more time in between classes so the kids could have a life instead of just school/eat/sleep.
