* The plan will target the homeowners who have lost their jobs and about to loss their homes.

* I don't know if it's a good idea because he keeps spending more and more money, but hopefully it will work.

* People are obsessed with Dow because it makes them concerned about how the economy is performing. The experts offered those Americans by saying "Watching the Dow every day is not going to predict the fact that you may become the 8% that's not working or that you may lose your house."

10. Have you been following the performance of the Dow? Will the information in this segment change how closely you follow the Dow and other economic indicators? Why or why not?

No I don't follow the performance of the Dow and No it wont change my mind because it doesn't concern me yet, but it should be concerning my parents

And not everyone likes the idea, because the government is essentially picking up the ball for people who made bad decisions and banks that made bad loans and studys show people are behind again in less then 6 months

Now, you can't afford your mortgage, and the government's aiming to adjust your interest rate to lower what you have to pay each month to help you out. Of course, that means the bank that loaned you the money would get less from you in interest.

Personally, I think the President is doing what he believes is right for the country. We were left in one large mess after the last president and it’s very hard work to clean up this country. The plan is mainly for homeowners who have lost their jobs and are going to lose their houses.

Darfur is located in the African nation of Sudan. Rebel groups are attacking the government and millions have been forced to leave their homes.

The charges are crimes against humanity. The government takes the charges as an insult and does not plan to cooperate.

The global reaction has been outrage. They plan on not cooperating.

7. What role, if any, do you think that the international community should play in bringing al-Bashir to trial? Explain.
They should play a major part in the case, they are the ones that brought up the charges.

8. What is the Dow Jones Industrial Average? How has the Dow performed recently?
The Dow Jones tracks stocks to assist investors. The Dow is at its lowest level in nearly 12 years.

9. According to the report: Why are some people obsessed with the recent performance of the Dow? What advice regarding the Dow do some experts offer to Americans who are concerned about the economy?
They are obsessed with the Dow because they are concerned about the economy. The experts say that watching the Dow every day will not predict if your going to lose your house or not.

10. Have you been following the performance of the Dow? Will the information in this segment change how closely you follow the Dow and other economic indicators? Why or why not?

2. The homeowners that are those who took out loans from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.Also the borrowers with less than 20% equity in their homes to refinance to the current prevailing rate.This plan will help the one's who are not working and can not pay their houses.

3.I don't know if it's a good idea because i think this just wasting money. I think people might take advantage of the money and that is not going to help the economy.
