1. President-elect Barack Obama said that America should serve all of those who served our country.
2. AIG is recieving heat about the conference because they filed for federal bailout but they have the money topay for a conference that costs more than $340,000. AIG responded by saying that the event was based at boosting income and sponsers covered most of the bill. the U.S. government planning to adjust morgage payments on loans owned by Fannie May & Freddie Mac. No, i don't think this will help because we are too far in a crisis hole.
3. The U.S. unemployment rate in October 2008 was at 6.5%. This number historically significant because thats the highest its been in 14 years. I think that the unemployment rate in the U.S. is increasing because the stock market just keeps falling and companies cant afford to hold so many employees.
4. Alan Cannefax been unemployed for 6 months. His unemployment affecting him because he can't support his family. Cannefax and the other job seekers said they see an open door, but it gets quickly shut because companies can't afford to hire them.
5. I am concerned because I just started high schooland i'm slowly becoming an adult. I'm going to need a car soon and money saved up for college. But if i cant get a job then i won't be able to get those things.
6. Haruka Nishimatsu's position at Japan Airlines is the CEO. According to the report Nishimatsu slashed his own pay, so he can keep as many employees he can afford and asked the older people to retire early. Nishimatsu's salary makes only 90,000 US dollars.
7. Nishimatsu promotes at Japan Airlines that you need to put your business before all the money. Other CEO's might learn from Nishimatsu that you need to stop being so greedy & think of everyone else being effected.
8. I think that tickets to President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration are in high demand because its a major historical event that everyone wants to see. Some VIP tickets going for 13,000-20,000.
9. Buying inauguration tickets online may lead to fraud tickets. I would be willing to pay maybe $100 at the most for a ticket.

Yes, I think U.S. congressional staffers should be fired if they are caught selling their inauguration tickets because this has been free every other time,but people are so greedy and are trying to make unnescessary money off of it. If I was given free tickets to the inauguration, I would not sell them because I don't think the money is that important.

Why: i guess it was another publicity stunt. the camera man was trying to get pictures of Kanye and the camera prbably bumped his face on accident.
in the artcile, which was a blog kanye posted about the incident he seemed very upset that the whole thing went down the way it did. and the same paparazzi man tried to get pics of him as he got out of the police car. i think he has every right to be mad because i myself wouldnt like people snapping pictures of me or in my face 24/7, especially when in not working or performing. GO KANYE !
